They mix everything they like and feels good in order to take the listeners to a trip in their own world. Their diverse european background (Balkan, Scandinavia, West-europe) mixes in with their mutual language of Jazz and while the music relies on melody, rhythm and interplay, the absence of a chord instrument gives enough space for electronic sounds and loops. In short time of existance they have been awarded the Dutch Jazz Competition, the Holland Casino Jazz&Pop Award and have performed in The Netherlands, Serbia, Greece, France, Montenegro, Croatia, Thailand and Brazil at festivals such as North Sea Jazz (2008, 2009, 2010), Novi Sad Jazz, Kalamata Jazz, Samui Jazz, Jazz Na Fabrica and at numerous clubs and venues, among others in the Young VIPs Tour 2009, a 10 concert tour in some of the best dutch venues.
Their debut album Finding A Way, released in September 2009 by Challenge Records Int. received only good critics from magazines and newspapers. They have recently (June 2012) released their second album Jalkan Bazz with producer and guest guitarist/vocalis the cult artist from Yugoslavia - Rambo Amadeus. The album is published in Yugoslavia by Metropolis Records and the rest of the world by Challenge Records International. From the liner-notes of by Jason Lindner:What I do feel personally about this music, without attention to style or technical matters, is sincerity and love for what the artists here deliver through “blazing” performances. I love that they have integrated acoustic and electric instruments, samples and post-production effects in an organic way. But I think the thing which grabbed me the most about this recording on first impression and still with each listen, is a beautiful sense of mystique - something we can’t learn or be taught, the true essence of artistic communication, which only our untainted personal experience can deliver straight to our soul.
